Powerful Quiet Headstock

  • Powerful torque output at low spindle speeds results from a direct drive alph P-type motor using wide-angle, parallel V type belt to power the spindle. The sleek spacious headstock design allows for quick easy belt maintenance and better air circulation to decrease thermal deformation this simple direct drive design eliminates vibration, noise and heat.

Quick Hydraulic Tool Turret

  • The parallel twin-cam indexing design, coupled with the hydraulic motor, base gear and coupling achieves reliable rigid fast tool changes. The result is tool-to-tool change times of 0.3 seconds and repeatability of 0.00012 inches. Coolant through the tool holder improves tool performance, accuracy and surface finish by correctly delivering coolant to the proper point.

High Speed, High Precision, Ballscrews

  • To increase accuracy, rigidity and service life, YANG's ballscrews are hardened and ground. These ballscrews are anchored at both ends and ball nuts are pretension to eliminate backlash and minimize thermal distortion.
